When the control panel displayed a diagnostic code not in my manual, I called Michael in the parts department who did an extensive research on my panel and provided me with the appropriate manual pages

He went way out of his way to assist me considering I wasn't buying anything! I couldn't get any help from the panel manufacturer who required information not available on the spa or in my owner manual."

The staff at Sunbelt Spas has been so helpful teaching me how to use it. I come back every few months to get chemicals. Today I needed to replace the cover. I ordered it over the phone and it arrived a week sooner than expected which was great."
