SHELL

Our shells are molded and strengthened by a very thick, durable, co-laminated sheet of acrylic. We back our shells with a .275" thick coating of polyurethane and sprayed fiberglass for additional support.

Safely and ethically manufactured, polyurethane is a very ecological way of backing a hot tub. Our polyurethane is free of VOCs (volatile organic compounds), which are usually found in the supportive structures of other hot tubs. We choose to be VOC free and they are some of the largest contributors to air and water pollution.

Our superior shells are extremely strong, durable, and made much thicker than other hot tubs in the industry. You can feel the difference in quality from the lack of flexibility and shifting over time, which would compromise any other hot tub, not made to our standards!
